Hotel Well**** contains 264 rooms spread over 6 buildings connected by underground corridors. The hotel also has a large congress center with a bar and amphitheatre. Guests have access to a number of wellness and spa content at the SPAeVITA Center and the Sauna World, and to a thermal experience at the Water Planet. The hotel restaurant Lati offers a wide range of local, traditional and international dishes, but if you want to try something new, there is the Element Bar with Mexican specialties and the Mihanović Mansion Restaurant with an offer of Zagorje cuisine. In addition to the hotel, Terme Tuhelj also has hostel Villa that can accommodate 20 people and the modern Camp Vita***** with 56 camping pitches.

Hotel Well offers several halls, of which are most notably the halls Vilina and Invigo located within the congress center. The polyvalent halls Invigo and Vilina with natural daylight and the possibility of partial or total dimming can be divided into 3 soundproof halls and can accommodate from 15 to 400 people. They are equipped with booths for simultaneous interpreting and central system controls, and as such make the ideal environment for business meetings. The close proximity of the Infinity Bar to the amphitheatre provides business guests with a break from their business obligations. There is also the possibility of organizing banquets at the congress center. The halls are equipped with modern audio-video equipment. Hotel Well also features several smaller halls (6 in total) for business meetings close to the congress center, which can accommodate up to 100 people.
